Roderick is passionate about leadership development, tech, and sustainability. He started his career as an investor at Alpinvest after which he gained operational experience at several startups and scale-ups in the United States and the Netherlands (Ace&Tate a.o.). He also worked as a leadership consultant for high-growth companies at Ebbinge.

Roderick has an international background having worked and lived in various countries. He was born in the Netherlands, grew-up in France and after some time in the U.S is back in Amsterdam. In his spare time, Roderick enjoys sports and the outdoors (golf, surf, meditating) and spending time with his wife and daughters.
